Portfolio Gallery: See Spaces Come Alive
From boutique retail interiors to expansive mixed-use developments, we’ve photographed a broad range of commercial spaces. Our background in architectural, interior design, and commercial real estate photography also pairs naturally with commercial real estate video production, giving clients a more complete set of marketing assets.
Commercial Interior Design Photography
We transformed a buzzing co-working hub into a visual narrative of productivity and culture. Using tilt-shift lenses to keep every line true and cross-lighting to accent colorful breakout pods, we showcased hot-desk rows, glass-walled huddle rooms, and lounge nooks in one cohesive story. The resulting gallery became the client’s hero content for leasing new memberships and attracting investor interest.
Polsinelli Office Interior
Tasked with unveiling Polsinelli’s Miami headquarters, we arrived before dawn to capture sunrise glow across marble reception walls and brushed-metal accents. Multiple exposure blends preserved the city-view windows while portable strobes highlighted bespoke millwork and artwork. The finished set supported press releases, recruitment campaigns, and an AIA design-award submission.
Real Estate Photography
For this ocean-front estate, our goal was to balance expansive water views with intimate design details. We timed shots to golden hour, layering ambient skylight with soft-fill flashes so teak ceilings, limestone floors, and custom cabinetry retained true color. Drone stills and a cinematic walk-through reel helped the builder pre-sell two additional lots within weeks.
Master Chef Set Design
Invited on stage between takes, we documented the vibrant kitchen arena—12 polished stainless stations under theatrical LEDs—without interrupting filming. A mix of fast primes and silent shutters froze dynamic plating shots, while behind-the-scenes video clips captured contestant reactions and crew artistry. These assets fueled social teasers and sponsor spotlights for the season premiere.

Yes, when location and airspace allow. Drone photography and aerial video can be a great way to show building scale, surrounding context, amenities, nearby access, and the overall layout of a property. To learn more about drone restrictions, please vist FAA website for drone restrictions.
Yes. In addition to still photography, we can create polished property videos, walk-through content, and short-form vertical reels for websites, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
Each project can vary, but a commercial real estate shoot typically includes planning around the property, professional on-site photography, edited high-resolution images, and final files prepared for marketing and web use. Video, drone coverage, and additional deliverables can also be included.
The property should be clean, finished, and camera-ready. We recommend removing clutter, checking lighting, staging key areas, completing touch-ups, and identifying the most important spaces to feature before the shoot.
That depends on the size of the property, the number of spaces being captured, and whether the shoot includes photography, video, drone coverage, or multiple deliverables. Some projects take a few hours, while others require a full day or more.
Pricing depends on the size of the property, the number of images or videos needed, whether drone coverage is included, and the overall production scope. We provide custom quotes based on the goals of each project.
